Some calm during the storm...

I am finishing up a sculpt here in the studio. The music is playing and the sculpt is lying on the worktable in pieces. So close to being done... just a little more paint and the final assembly. When I get this close, I get nervous. So, I thought I would revisit one of my most peaceful sculptures. This is Tucker, the tuckered out angel. While I was working on him last December, he made me sleepy just looking at him.

I wish I had a nice fluffy cloud to curl up on and doze.
Scoot over, Tucker!

Hi Karen!

It's Ashley and Ethan. Thanks so much for your contribution to NOH. I am excited to find you online, we only have a snail mail address for you....and mail is less than reliable from here. Your sculptures are so cute!
Keep in touch!

He is sooo peaceful, he could almost be sleeping in the snow with icicles as a halo. Love your work, Pam

How peaceful and angelic. I can see why he relaxes you. This was a marvelous piece! Why do we worry so much just before we finish a project lol. (our own worst critics) Its an artist thing I guess.

Heather

Aaaah, bless! He looks so tired and peaceful... and then you'll start prodding and poking him again! What's an angel to do? [Be angelic and not get cross with you]

He's lovely!
